Since 1975
our history
La Caille began as a private home tucked beneath the cliffs of Little Cottonwood Canyon. Over time, the charm of the estate inspired a transformation—shifting from a quiet residence into an inviting French-inspired restaurant. As the property grew, gardens, vineyards, and intimate spaces were added with care, each preserving the character of the original home. Today, La Caille remains rooted in that history, offering guests a place that feels both timeless and beautifully lived-in.
